Spirituality involves the recognition of a feeling or sense or belief that there is something greater than myself, something more to being human than sensory experience, and that the greater whole of which we are part is cosmic or divine in nature. Spirituality is the journey thought which teaches us how to behave, how to control our emotions, how to affirm ego and how to develop path towards divine power. Spirituality is a vast subject which has deeper meaning, which one cannot understand easily. Following spirituality will provide many benefit to one self. It starts with healing and controlling ourselves, controlling our emotions.
Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
There are many ways which one can follow spirituality. A Guru or mentor can help one in the journey of spirituality.
